Return and Refund Policy
Welcome to Pawmify Pet Marketplace, LLC. We strive to provide the best experience for you and your pets. Because we operate as a high-tech ecosystem with multiple fulfillment centers, our return process is standardized to ensure efficiency and speed.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
* Damaged or Defective Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following criteria:
* It must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging (including the manufacturer's box).
* It must include all original tags, manuals, and accessories.
* It must be free of pet hair, odors, or any signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, perishable goods (such as opened treats or food) and certain personal care items are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.
3. Return Process (RMA)
To ensure your return is processed correctly, do not ship items back to our Delaware corporate address.
1. Request an RMA: Email our team at concierge@pawmify.io with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Submit Evidence: For damaged or defective goods, you must attach clear photos of the product and the shipping box.
3. Shipping Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific warehouse address for your return.
4. Shipping Costs
* Defective/Incorrect Items: If we made a mistake or the item is defective, Pawmify will cover the return shipping costs.
* Discretionary Returns: For returns based on "change of mind" or "wrong size/color," the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
1. Refunds & Restocking Fees
* Once the return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we will process your refund.
* Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
* Restocking Fee: Please note that a restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied depending on the condition of the returned item or the specific supplier's policy.
Marketplace Purchases (Walmart & Others)
If you purchased a Pawmify product through Walmart or another third-party marketplace, their return policy may take precedence. However, the logistical return process (RMA and warehouse shipping) will still be managed by our concierge team at concierge@pawmify.io.
