1. Order Processing Time

* All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
* You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

* Standard Shipping: We offer competitive shipping rates across the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Delivery Times: Once processed, standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the warehouse origin.
* Carriers: We partner with reliable carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL to ensure safe delivery.

3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some of our larger items or specific carriers may have limitations regarding delivery to P.O. Boxes. If we are unable to ship to the address provided, our concierge team will contact you to request an alternative physical address.

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at concierge@pawmify.io with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We currently only ship to one address per order. If you need to ship items to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.

6. Damaged Items During Transit

Pawmify is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, take clear photos, and contact our concierge team at concierge@pawmify.io within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier and assist with a replacement.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily serve customers within the United States. For international inquiries or specific requests regarding shipping to Europe (including Italy), please contact our concierge team for availability and custom shipping quotes.
